Cafetorium Progress

The pictures show the stage area of the cafetorium as the metal studs are being installed. Also, the interior walls have been installed in the kitchen area.

Cafetorium/Student Union/English/Band

The contractors have made great progress on the building the past few days. They are installing the wall studs in the band/choir area, installing the roof metal on the English/Social Studies section, installing the stage area in the cafeteria and they are getting ready to install the glass in the front of the Student Union.

Good Weather Yields Results

The dry weather the past two weeks has helped the contractors make up some lost time due to all the previous rain days. They only have one small section of red iron remaining to erect. The roof metal is completed on the gym as well as the messanine around the interior perimeter on the upper level. The first part of next week they will pour the second floor section for the band rooms and choral music. In addition, they have all the roof metal on the cafetorium and are laying perimeter blocks on that section. The stage area for the drama classes has been started and the subfloor is installed. From top down, the pictures show the interior of the student union, the inside of the gym, the subfloor for the music sections and the mezzanine in the gym.
